Antalya Airport's renovated terminals are preparing to open: what it entails for tourists and investors

Antalya Airport, one of the favorites among Russian tourists, will undergo significant upgrades. The modernized terminals will start operating as early as April 11, significantly improving passenger convenience. The total area of the terminals will increase by 72%, reaching 330,000 m². International Terminal 2 will become 140% larger.

Instead of the previous 35 million, the airport will now be able to handle up to 82 million passengers per year.

The increase in airport capacity indicates the expected growth in tourist numbers, leading to increased demand for hotels and real estate. The airport expansion opens the door for new hotel and commercial projects in the immediate area. These changes will not only improve the appearance of the airport, but also significantly increase its functionality, making travel more comfortable and investment in the region more attractive.
