Now is the ideal time to buy Turkish property, say analysts

Turkish analysts have said that current house prices are at one of the lowest levels given the economic situation. This is the so-called 'bottom' from which property values are expected to rise rapidly. So now is the best time to buy a house in Turkey. An additional argument in favour of this decision is that some banks have recently reduced interest rates on housing loans.

Prices are not expected to fall further. The cost of construction and building materials has risen significantly - by almost 40% this year. Some developers are forced to sell flats at almost cost price or even below, which cannot last for long. The next significant price increase is expected at the beginning of the new year.
