- Oba offers the perfect balance of urban comfort and resort atmosphere. Its developed infrastructure, which includes clinics and international schools, attracts families.
Key growth drivers:
- Construction of new medical centres and schools.
- Improved transport accessibility.
- There is a state citizenship programme for investments starting at $400,000.
Market trend analysis confirms that investing in these areas will be profitable in the medium term. Properties under construction are particularly attractive as they enable investors to secure the current price with guaranteed growth upon completion.
