Which areas of Alanya are showing higher prices than the market?

According to data from the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK), property prices in Alanya are rising steadily, which is attracting investors from all over the world.

Experts have identified three locations with the greatest growth potential.

The TOP-3 areas for investment are:

  • Avsallar, the record holder in terms of price dynamics. Over the past two years, the cost per square metre has increased by 40%, rising from 17,000 TL ($461) to 24,000 TL ($587).
  • Kargicak: elite residences with panoramic sea views. Premium new buildings from developers are in high demand among foreign buyers.
  • Oba offers the perfect balance of urban comfort and resort atmosphere. Its developed infrastructure, which includes clinics and international schools, attracts families.

Key growth drivers:

  • Construction of new medical centres and schools.
  • Improved transport accessibility.
  • There is a state citizenship programme for investments starting at $400,000.

Market trend analysis confirms that investing in these areas will be profitable in the medium term. Properties under construction are particularly attractive as they enable investors to secure the current price with guaranteed growth upon completion.
