Analysts believe that the launch of the programme will significantly revitalise the construction market and help the middle class solve their housing problems. For now, it is recommended to closely monitor official statements from the Ministry of Finance, the Central Bank and participating banks. Potential customers are advised to check their credit history in advance and prepare the necessary documents.
