Foreign real estate investment in Turkey to reach $7.5 billion by the end of 2022

The total value of real estate sold to foreigners this year is expected to reach almost $7.5 billion. The Turkish market will enter the top 10 in the world. Over the past two years, foreign buyers have purchased many local residential and commercial properties. Last year, Turkey earned almost $6 billion from selling more than 40,000 properties to foreigners. By the end of 2022, about 50,000 transactions are expected to be closed. American, Canadian and British investors pay special attention to the local market.
