Turkish apartments are seeing high demand among buyers from Russia as properties straight from the developer in a sun-kissed country often sell almost twice as low as similar options in Russian major cities. This is the case even though home prices are steadily rising. According to a report from Knight Frank, an uptrend in Turkey’s real estate market persists.
There are several reasons for the rise in property prices in Alanya. First, land is becoming more expensive throughout the country. Meanwhile, overly complicated negotiation on price typical for this particular region is the second reason. And finally, skyrocketing building materials’ prices sparked an increase in home prices across the board.
