A significant growth in property sales of 55.8% comparing with the same period last year was observed in January 2020 in Turley. Within the first month of the year, 113,615 properties were sold and 3,907 of them were acquired by foreigners, which is 23.3% more than in January 2019.

The most popular options were properties in Istanbul, Antalya and Ankara – 1,875, 762 and 235 deals respectively.

The most active property buyers were Iraqis, Iranians, Russians and residents of Afghanistan and Yemen.
