Russians purchase a lot of properties in Alanya

In January 2023, Russians bought over 1,500 properties in Turkey. Alanya, the most sought-after place for Russians to buy real estate in Turkey, ranks second in the number of residential properties purchased by Russian citizens, second only to Istanbul.

In 2022, foreigners purchased 67,490 housing units in Turkey. According to official data, residents of Russia bought 16,312 Turkish properties.
