Provinces of Turkey with the highest rates of real estate price growth

By the end of April, the overall increase in real estate prices in Turkey reached 147%. Recalculated per square meter, it looks like $503. The Institute of Statistics of Turkey notes that not only have prices increased but also sales, which even Ramadan could not stop. At the same time, Russians are leading among foreign nationals in the number of real estate transactions. In April alone, sales growth for Russian buyers doubled compared to March.

The most expensive locations in the country remain Antalya, where prices have risen by 183%, and Istanbul, where housing prices have grown by 173%. The growth rates in Alanya are slightly lower, but prices have increased significantly in all popular tourist regions. Many people connect this with the unstable exchange rate of the local currency and the global rise in the price of building materials.
