Turkish properties are in great demand among Russian investors

Foreign nationals are becoming more and more interested in purchasing apartments in Turkey every month. Russian buyers are no exception: Russian citizens are among the three nationalities, as they especially like housing in Turkey. The other two nations are Iranians and Iraqis.

So, according to statistics, in April 2022, the number of transactions by Russians reached a record figure: they bought 1,152 apartments, which is 2 times more than in the previous month. And this trend continues to be relevant in the summer, analysts say.
