March results of foreign property purchases in Turkey

In March, fewer foreign buyers purchased property in Turkey. Russians were the most active buyers for the second year in a row. In January, 1,778 properties were purchased by foreigners, the lowest number since May 2021. This accounts for 1.7% of total transactions. Istanbul, Antalya and Mersin are still the most popular regions. Russians bought 411 properties, followed by Iranians with 182 and Ukrainians with 129.
