The proptech company Endeksa has revealed the results of an analytical study for August. According to statistics, in Turkey, the cost of real estate in national currency increased by 110% over this period. The average home price is now around $106,000.
The highest rate of price growth was recorded in Ankara, where the average price tag increased by 125% compared to August last year. The cost of housing reached $85,820. In Antalya, the rise amounted to 112% (an average of $144,000 per property). In Istanbul, real estate prices increased by 92% and reached an average of $148,000.
