3.06 million properties sold in Turkey in 2024

According to the state-run Anadolu news agency, 3.06 million properties were sold in Turkey in 2024. A year earlier, 2.95 million sales were recorded. The number of transactions increased by 3.9 per cent compared to 2023, indicating a continued rise in buyer demand.

Revenue from Turkish property sales exceeded TRY 91.6 billion ($2.5 billion) in 2024. Together with property registration fees, the transaction value increased by 60 per cent year-on-year to more than TRY 96.13 billion ($2.7 billion).
