Alanya Municipality will move to the Oba district

Tenders were accepted for the construction of a municipal building in Alanya. The need for a brand-new building resulted from Alanya's growing population as well as the municipality's expanding employees.

The Oba district will have a new municipality. The building will have a total area of 10,750 m2. There will be parking in the basement and offices for welcoming visitors on the first floor of the four-story building.

The municipality's relocation to the Oba region has long been anticipated. The project was supposed to be delivered in 2020, but due to financial delays and the coronavirus epidemic, the deadlines were missed.
