Alanya wins prestigious eco-award

Alanya got the Blue Flag award for its environmental efforts. This award was given to just six municipalities in Turkey.

The Blue Flag is an international award that recognizes water quality, coast cleanliness, and safe swimming conditions. Alanya not only got another award this year, but the city also hosted the ceremony.

Alanya's beaches are regarded as among of the best in Turkey and Europe. Along with the trend toward beachfront houses, the city is steadily drawing real estate investment.
