Foreigners get again interested in real estate in Turkey

The reason for this is that the situation caused by the pandemic is stabilizing, and people are returning to their usual lives. Nevertheless, analysts believe that property sales will reach the pre-crisis level only in the spring of 2021.

For comparison, in 2019, the interest of foreigners in Turkish real estate increased by 14.7%. The total number of transactions reached 45,483.

The Turkish analyst said that most of all foreigners are attracted by
the local climate, cultural heritage and good living conditions (developed
infrastructure and low food prices).
