Real estate market in Turkey experiences a change in demand

The real estate market in Turkey is experiencing changes. Foreign property buyers have switched from city apartments to villas. Foreign investors are more interested in detached houses and villas located in the secluded areas.

Experts say that this change has been caused by the current epidemiological situation in the world. A separate house built far from big cities decreases the risk of getting infected. And in today’s world this becomes one of the most important issues.

Turkey’s real estate market offers plenty of options for those who are looking a villa in remote areas with low density.
