Izmir is being built up with skyscrapers, which causes a lot of arguments, at least because the city mainly consists of low-rise “cozy” buildings.
It is not without reason that the Bayraklı quarter under construction is called the Turkish Manhattan- after all, it is here that large Izmir companies will soon transfer their business processes to. This area is considered to be more prosperous for the construction of multi-storey buildings, and the rhythm of altitude has actually been set here for a long time - many years ago, a popular hotel of the world Hilton chain “grew” on the territory.
