Properties in Turkey became 10% more expensive

According to the stats for the beginning and the end of the last year, property prices in Turkey experienced a 10% increase. In the end of 2019, properties in Turkey grew in price by 9.92% comparing with December 2018. In November 2019, prices became 7.2% higher comparing with the same period in 2018.

Experts stated that significant growth was observed in the newly built properties sector. The prices of new houses grow faster and the growth rate is high than the sector of already used properties. So, prices of new properties grew by 10.73%, while already used houses grew in price by 8.78%.

The growth rate of property prices in Izmir reached 10.26, in Ankara – 10.13%, and in the most popular location – Istanbul – properties grew in price by 3.7%.
