According to the Turkish statistical database, almost 4,900 Russian-speaking investors concluded real estate transactions between February to June of this year to obtain the right to citizenship. The investment citizenship program provided for investments in real estate for at least $250,000. In June 2022, this amount increased to $400,000. • The amount of $400,000 is not critical for many buyers.

An alternative to citizenship is obtaining a residence permit. For it, the terms are more loyal.
