
The Central Bank of Turkey released analytical data on the results of October 2022. The local currency price index rose by 5.4% this month. The annual increase was 188%. At the same time, new housing has risen in price by 177.4%, and secondary housing has increased in price by 190% compared to the results of the same period last year. Istanbul is the leader in price growth. Housing there has risen in price by more than 200%. Ankara ranks second (194%), and Izmir is third (186%).
