Real estate sales in Turkey continue to grow

According to the Turkish Land Registry Directorate, in August 2023, the total value of transactions in Turkish lira reached 5.1 billion. Over the month, 120,000 residential properties and 55,600 building plots were sold. Compared to July of this year, sales increased by 13%.

If we compare the July data year-over-year, we can also see stable growth. Istanbul is the leader in the number of transactions. Almost 30,000 sales contracts were concluded here. It is followed by Ankara and İzmir.
