Turkey’s real estate market: its recovery and decrease in discounted properties

The novel coronavirus situation in Turkey is stabilizing, the quarantine measures ae getting less strict, while the real estate market offers fewer discounts.

Today, when most of the quarantine measures are about to be cancelled, developers and property sellers tend to cancel their quarantine discount as well. Moreover, a slight increase in apartment and villa prices is being observed. Sellers expect that property buyers will become more active as they had to suspend their plans.

However, there are still some good deals available on the real estate market. And it is high time to book an apartment if you are looking for a cheap overseas property.
