Technavio Research Report: Growth pattern of Turkey's Construction Sector in 2022-2026

Turkish construction sector showed the annual growth of 4.76% (2021–2022) in 2022. The sector is expected to grow further by $51.64 billion between 2022 and 2026 based on the current market situation. The compound annual growth rate (CAGR) will be 5.08%.

The main force with the most revenue will be the residential real estate market. Foreign investors will have huge impact on it.

Working with multiple distribution channels, reduction of interest rates, bank marketing and the marketing of other market participants become the main method of product distribution (i.e. real estate) in the rather fragmented construction market in Turkey.
