The number of residential real estate transactions is still the highest among Russian citizens.

Residents of the Russian Federation bought fewer apartments and villas in Turkey in April than in March of the same year, when the number of residential properties purchased by Russians exceeded 1,000 units.

A total of 2,557 Turkish residences were acquired by foreign nationals in April, which is 60.3% less than in April 2022. The share of overseas buyers in the Turkish housing market was 3%.
