The list of the countries was made taking into account the average cost per square meter of real estate and the average income in the country.
Acording to the top list, the cheapest square meter is in Turkey. It costs 690 euros. The average income for a Turkish family is 16,523 euros.
The second place went to the United States of America. However, it is not that residential and commercial real estate is inexpensive for residents of other countries, but that with high prices for these properties most US residents have a good income. So, here you will have to pay an average of 2,247 euros per square meter. The average income in this country is 40,882 euros.
The third, fourth and fifth lines of the rating were taken by Russia, South Africa and Mexico, respectively.
