Turkey works to expand visa system

The new type of visa, called the technical visa, is designed for innovative start-ups and skilled professionals from all countries. The visa is valid for three years and there is an option to include family members in the application. A website for the ‘Tech Visa’ in Turkey has already been developed and launched, but the exact dates for the programme's launch have not yet been announced. However, a list of tax preferences and social guarantees, including medical care, has already been identified. This visa will be issued to both co-owners and employees of innovative companies that decide to relocate to Turkey. The expansion of visa opportunities will attract additional attention to local real estate. Further information on the programme's launch date and eligibility requirements will be provided in due course.
