Turkish property prices are set to increase

According to experts, the growth of Turkish property prices is inevitable, as it is directly related to the rise in the price of construction materials. According to Atakan Bakulan, a member of the executive committee of the Council of Young Businessmen (TOBB), the cost of plaster in the country has increased by about 120% over the past 2 years, while labour costs have increased by 650%. According to a report by Turkey's statistics institute, the cost index for housing under construction rose 72.78% year-on-year in May this year, the highest in 16 months.

The rise in the cost of construction materials continues to ‘push up’ the price of housing, so postponing the purchase of property is not recommended. Do not delay in making a purchase decision to avoid paying more in the future.
