By the end of September 2022, the demand for Turkish properties has gone up again. A similar jump was seen after the February events.

Various real estate agencies report that Turkey has become the top investment destination. According to various sources, Turkish housing accounts for between 20% and 40% of the demand of the Russians who are interested in overseas investments. As for the regions, here in the first place is Istanbul, followed by Alanya, Antalya, Bodrum, and Fethiye.
