Turkey became the leader in housing prices growth among countries worldwide

Over the twelve months from the end of March last year to the end of March this year, real estate in the world has increased in price by 7.6%. Since the last quarter of 2006, there has been the largest increase in prices.

Over the past 12 months, property prices in the Republic of Turkey have risen by 32%. Thus, the country topped the list of states where residential and commercial properties have risen in price the most.
