Real estate sales to foreigners in Turkey increased by 26% in the third quarter of 2020

Commercial real estate in Istanbul is currently in the greatest demand.

Large offices are popular with overseas buyers. Very often, property buyers divide offices into several smaller rooms and rent them out.

According to real estate experts, next year at least a quarter of home and business property buyers in Turkey will be residents of other countries.
