Alanya continues to be a top destination in Turkey drawing in property buyers in 2024

Official data on residential real estate transactions in Alanya for January 2024 show that this Turkish resort sold 1,647 houses and apartments. This figure is lower than last January, but higher than in 2021, when 699 transactions were recorded. Alanya has consistently been one of the leaders in sales of new buildings and second homes over the past 3 years. Despite the stagnation in the Turkish real estate market, Alanya and other resort towns of the Turkish Riviera are showing an increase in demand in early 2024.
