The unprecedented influx of migrants in Turkey has led to the complication of of migration services

Turkish real estate agencies and brokers report on how the work of the migration department in the country has changed. Due to the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, there was an unprecedented demand for a residence permit. This is especially observed in Antalya and Alanya.

The increase in the number of emigrants has led not only to the appearance of huge queues at the migration service, but also to tightened checks. Thus, the state agency began to more carefully check applications, rental contracts and bank statements of those wishing to stay in Turkey for a long time. In addition, the influx of emigrants affected prices, as well as the shortage of offers.
