Buying a house to become safer in Turkey

When the sale is made, the seller and the investor will have to get through an electronic authentication system. The General Director of the Main Cadastral Department of the Republic, Mehmet Zeki announced this information.

POS terminals will be installed in the Department's branches. The devices will be used to identify the participants in the purchase and sale transaction through the database of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The project is currently being tested at the cadastral administration offices in the Yenimahalle and Cankaya districts of Ankara. If there are shortcomings, they will be eliminated. Then the system will be used throughout Turkey.
