From August 1, the Russians can fly to Istanbul and Ankara. From August 10, it will be possible to take a direct flight from Russia to Antalya, Bodrum and Dalaman. To visit the country, you do not need to present a certificate with a negative coronavirus test. But during the flight, tourists will be asked to fill out a form in which they will need to indicate personal information, seat number, address of residence in Turkey, contact details, etc.
Upon entering the airport, travellers will be measured their temperature. If it is within the normal range, travellers can enter the city. Otherwise, they will have to take a free COVID-19 test.
