Knight Frank published the results of research on real estate market trends for the first half of the year. The global price growth index is based on a study of 55 countries and 150 cities. As a result of information processing, it was found that 10 cities have the highest real estate value. The TOP includes the cities of Turkey, Russia, Canada, and the USA. Izmir ranks second in the list of leaders with an indicator of 30%. It lost to Canadian Halifax only 0.8%. Istanbul and Ankara rank ninth and tenth, with growth rates of 26.4% and 25.8%, respectively. This demonstrates the interest in Turkish real estate not only of locals but also of foreign nationals. The average cost of buying property from the latter has already reached almost $200,000.
