Prices for short-term rental property rise in some Turkey's cities

After the country's authorities began to gradually loosen quarantine rules, the demand for rental housing has increased. Tourists prefer to rent an apartment or house, rather stay at a hotel. One of the main reasons for that the fact that it saves up to 30% of funds. But now in Kusadasi and Marmaris housing, prices have significantly increased.

In Kusadasi, the cost of renting a house per day has doubled, and in Marmaris - increased one and a half times. The exact prices depend on the location of the apartments in relation to the sea. However, real estate in these cities is in great demand and at the moment 98% of holiday houses are reserved in both cities.
