In October 2020, foreigners bought most of the Turkish real estate objects in Istanbul

Next on the list of Turkish cities most popular with overseas home buyers are Antalya and Alanya.

Last month, residents of different countries purchased 5,258 apartments and villas in this country. Almost half of these properties (2,458 units) are located in Istanbul. The remaining 2,800 units are located in Antalya and Alanya.
